We have three goals to ensure Solent Repair and Reuse remains a permanent part of our community; these are reviewed by the Board of Trustees periodically.
Safety
Solent Repair and Reuse shall ensure that no guest or volunteer is harmed either:
- directly at a Solent Repair and Reuse event or activity;
- Indirectly as a result of an item that has been repaired at an event
Financial Stability
Solent Repair and Reuse will be financially resilient, ensuring projects can be sustained without concerns about financial viability or jeopardizing other projects.
Volunteer Resilience
Ensure that there are enough volunteers to effectively run Solent Repair and Reuse and its projects without placing an excessive burden on any individual volunteer.
